Great blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own site soon but I’m a little
lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress
or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally confused ..
    Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

Hi Lulu, thanks for the nice comment! I would recommend WordPress simply because it’s easy to use and I’m a bit of a dinosaur. In terms of writing, I am still very raw but I would suggest finding your angle and think about the type of people you want to attract. Finally, get a calendar out and plan out what your year will look like. One article a month will need perhaps a weekend or two to research and write. I learned this the hard way.
Stick with it though, too many blogs start well and burn out after 2/3 months. Make it an enjoyable commitment
